What A Year

Another year has come and gone and I may not have accomplished all that I set out to do, but I am certainly grateful for what I did manage to accomplish. I endured the loss of a dear sister, but it was cathartic celebrating her life with close family and friends in the scenic mountains at Strawberry Hills with a grand view of Kingston, Jamaica. It was one of her favorite places to visit and her requested location to celebrate in festive attire. I am so happy that we were able to fulfill her wish.  I enjoyed communing with my Dad and friends for his 90th milestone and saluted both parents on their 53rd wedding anniversary. All I can say is… What a year?

Immensely Grateful

It warmed my heart to watch my eldest child graduate high school with honors and go on to be elected to be the President of Elon’s University Student Government Association for the class of 2020. The youngest continues to amaze me and is growing up so fast. My 15 year old son is now a sophomore at his High School and is still enrolled in his gifted academic program since kindergarten. It brings joy to my heart as I observe him pursuing his dreams and striving to be his best self both on and off the field.

Despite the obstacles and challenges I have encountered this year, I would be despicably ungrateful not to be immensely grateful for all the positives, because just being able to healthily breathe far outweighs the negatives.

Clients

I am grateful to the clients that sought my services, inclusive but not limited to consulting, management, marketing, advertising, videography or photography. It has been a pleasure working with all of you and we continue to learn and grow from each other.

Stronger Together

I certainly am looking forward to the strides we will make in 2017. The first woman to win the popular vote in a US Presidential election ran on the mantra that “We are stronger together.” I truly believe that. Remember to love thy neighbor as thyself, educate and enhance the lives of others whenever given an opportunity, give back to those who are in need of an opportunity like you once were, honor your parents, teachers and those who created a pathway forward for you; your days will be longer… Especially if you also make sure to get enough sleep, eat right and exercise daily.

We Are One

Friends and Family, I truly love you; your love and support have made me a better human being and it is my grandiose dream to see such love spread to all living things, because at the end of the day, we are all co-dependent, which can only mean one thing... “WE ALL ARE ONE.”

Love and Light Always….
