Born in Jamaica in the year 1981 to parents Iva and Vincent Hunter in little district called Lewis Store my childhood years are filled with fond memories. I began school at an early age since my mother was a teacher at Highgate Hall Age Primary in Highgate, St. Mary and I was drawn to music as my dad had a small sound system that would fill the air with Bob Marleys albums every Sunday evening after church. Successfully passing my Common Entrance Examination in 1992 I moved on to St. Mary High School then subsequently to Marymount Business College and pursued additional Business Courses. Read More...

Personal Growth is a Success!

Good Morning,

Actively find ways to develop yourself on a daily basis. I use the word actively because

I realized that in the past there were many thing on my list that I wanted to to yet I only spoke about them and never actively pursued them.

Speaking about it is not the same as getting things in place to make it happen. Remember you are doing this for YOU, not anyone else and it is also important for you to fully understand and learn more about YOU.

Last evening as I Embarked on my new hobby, I went to find air dry clay so I can begin to make clay objects. Recently I started to draw again, then added rock painting to my already long list of hobbies.... NOW i added pottery making/air dry clay items to my list. Jeez I am really on a roll this year....

I spent last night making a bird bath and I was amazed at the finishing product this morning.

Yeah I know " Dee you no have nothing fi do wid yuh time?"

"OH shut up " I tell these persons and you should tell them the same. People are always trying to justify these comments as being positive and they are not. When i first began posting my gardening pictures I was told this. Initially if you don't have a strong personality you would just stop sharing but I am a firm believer of doing what you love and allow the right person/persons to fall in place in your life. To date I have inspired so many persons to start their own gardens and helped others find their purpose.

The "haters" which I call my motivators will come and they will say all sort of things as you try to improve yourself but in the end always remember that if what you are doing brings you happiness DO IT and tell them to take their complaint to heaven!

So to my sister who started making scarfs, keep working at it and to my other friend who is trying to build metal furniture.. DONT STOP. Each day you get better and better if you you keep trying.

Much love. See the pic of the bird bath I made last night on my timeline.

Have a great weekend Jamaica!
