Born in Jamaica in the year 1981 to parents Iva and Vincent Hunter in little district called Lewis Store my childhood years are filled with fond memories. I began school at an early age since my mother was a teacher at Highgate Hall Age Primary in Highgate, St. Mary and I was drawn to music as my dad had a small sound system that would fill the air with Bob Marleys albums every Sunday evening after church. Successfully passing my Common Entrance Examination in 1992 I moved on to St. Mary High School then subsequently to Marymount Business College and pursued additional Business Courses. Read More...

Gimme a Second!

Hey, give me a second over here. Let's talk a bit. Just you and I. Our little secret.

If I am wrong let me know. I cant help but notice something about you. I think you tend to give up too quickly at times. You get frustrated and throw in the towels when things don't go the way you expect them to.

Wait don't go just listen.

That is how we were taught to accept life so we say to console our conscience " That's life". It is true that Nothing worth achieving will be easy. It is in our failure that we must remember why we are doing what we are doing. If we start embracing challenges and enjoying solving them like puzzles we would have a different outlook on life. Instead we fear challenges even before our journey starts. When we have a challenge we spend our energy thinking about the challenge which we know exist instead of happily trying to find solutions.

Ever wondered what it would be like if we start saying life is easy? simple, work hard pay our bills on time, help others and spend our time with the people who loves and cares about us. Stop just think about it for a second. Does your degree share jokes with you when your home alone? When your Car payment is due does your car say "don't worry I will chip in and pay? No, so people are the Centre of our existence but the right people is the key. Not everyone who say they are for you is good for you.

If you were doing this journey to please others then by all means I will help you throw in the towels. People can never be pleased.

You can not do things to gain acceptance or to prove to people that you can. In the first place why are you accepting someone elses definition of you?

Aim to be one person and that's you. Never feel the need to give an excuse for the way you walk, talk, live or your sexual preferences.

So hold my hand and get back on your feet. There is success to be achieved but you have to want it for you.

So thanks for taking a moment to sit with me. Let me know how your journey is going someday.
