Before I Met You, Here You Stand

Before I met you, you were always with me. Many night we shared out thoughts and dreams. Many nights we sat and just stared in each others eyes in the moonlight. You held my hand and I knew you will never let me fall.

 Before I met you, you were always in me, I felt your pain, I felt your joys. I knew some day you will share with me from the start and then our lives will become one as we slowly shed the hurt from the past and embrace our new life together as one.

Before I met you I heard your voice, you sang softly in my ear one night. You almost gave me a fright. In silence our sprits speak for us and we are so compatible yet so different. It’s the little things you will do and say that will make me yearn for more.

I have met you now and here we are, you are just as I had imagined. It feels so comforting to see your smile, to hear your voice. You are all that I dreamt you would be and more. Thanks for choosing me and I am glad I chose you too.
